As all of you are well aware many of the residents of Sugarwood has sustanined damages to our homes after Gustav. I was thinking today that as wide spread the damage is that it will be hard to find qaulified contractors to make the repairs to our homes.
Please post here with any info you may have to help us contact qualified contractors that are available to work.  SUGARWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

I spotted a roofing contractor riding through the subdivision that is ready to begin work on our homes now if you would like.
He also provided me a copy of an Insurance Recovery Agreement Special Instructions form that would allow work to be done before the insurance check is paid. I see lots of homes that still have not had their roofs repaired
I used SafeGuard out of Harvey, LA to replace my roof. (I used them for our business previously) They did some homes of business colleagues as well as mine. Total reroof in one day, excellent , professional, does not over price and does exactly what they promise, when they promise.
